1. Return Window
Items can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery.
Requests made after 7 days from the delivery date will not be eligible for return or exchange.

The product must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as received.
All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.
Items showing signs of wear, stains, or odors (e.g., perfume) will not be accepted.
3. Refund & Exchange Process
Defective or Wrong Items: If you receive a damaged product or the wrong size/style, we will provide a free exchange or a full refund.
Size Exchanges: We offer exchanges for size issues, subject to stock availability.
Refund Timeline: Once we receive the returned item and it passes our quality check, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
4. Mandatory Unboxing Video
Important Note: To claim a return for damaged or missing items, a clear unboxing video of the parcel is mandatory. This helps us verify the issue and process your request faster.
5. Non-Returnable Items
Items purchased during a Clearance Sale or using special discount codes.
Custom-made, stitched, or altered clothing.
